RFI's largest initiative is designed to connect rural Pakistani job training, basic-needs stability, and lawful employment pathways in the United Arab Emirates. The work is scheduled to resume as regional conditions allow and as personnel, licensing, finance, and visa requirements can be responsibly arranged.

Training starts in Faisalabad
The pathway begins with practical job-readiness training and basic-needs support for participants in rural Pakistan, with Christians and Muslims participating together in a shared development effort.
Employment routes are prepared
RFI works toward lawful visa, licensing, personnel, and financing conditions for employment in existing United Arab Emirates businesses or, when feasible, a newly formed business entity.
Sponsorship keeps the runway open
Monthly support helps preserve momentum while regional conditions, staffing, and business requirements are assembled carefully rather than rushed.
